Wrap-round: practitioners skilled and experienced in working with young people labelled as challenging.

Direct Work

The team are interested in supporting parents and carers so they can sustain their young person within their home and community. To do this, they draw on 100 years of experience in a wide variety of techniques all of which are therapeutic. The team subscribe to the theory of Wrapround (Milwaukee) where various organisations supplement the family time and skills to literally support the young person's waking hours.

Wrap-round's team consists of qualified social workers, experienced youth justice and family workers, a Steiner educator and Non Violent Communication practitioner. Together they have experience and skills with socially, emotionally and behaviourally needy young people and those on the autistic spectrum.
